Creation Route (創世女神篇)
The original story of Shin Megami Tensei V. Available by choosing 'Don't hold the girl's hand' at the start. Contains 4 endings.
Law Ending (律法永恒)
Before entering Tennozu (至高天), choose 'Protect the order of the gods' (必须守护神的秩序).
Yoshido becomes the new YHVH, creating a world of strict divine law.
Neutral Ending (破坏王座)
Before entering Tennozu, choose 'Destroy the throne' (破坏王座).
The protagonist destroys YHVH's throne. Order and chaos both lose their leaders, leaving humanity free to choose its own path.
Chaos Ending (原初的混沌)
Before entering Tennozu, choose 'Create to save Tokyo' (为了拯救东京我要创世).
The protagonist attempts to recreate Tokyo as a new world, but at great personal cost.
True Ending (启示的创世)
1) Choose 'Destroy the throne'. 2) Complete sub-quests 'Mandrake Root' + 'Like Dew' + 'Finn MacCool's Resolution'. 3) Complete 'Falcon Head' + 'Investigate Egypt Branch' + 'Battle for Winged Sun' + 'Inheritance of Ra' (keep Khonsu alive!). 4) Complete 'Stop the Universe from Being Destroyed' (need Lv80+ to enter Asakusa pink leyline).
The 'best' ending. The protagonist creates a truly new world alongside Tao Isonokami.
Vengeance Route (復讐女神篇)
The new story added in Vengeance. Available by choosing 'Hold the girl's hand' at the start. Contains 2 endings.
Law Ending (律法永恒)
Before entering Tennozu, lean towards Law alignment. Alternative: be Neutral, then choose 'I can't let you do that' (不能让你那么做) at the throne.
A new divine order rises. The Qadistu are defeated but their grievance remains.
Chaos Ending (原初的混沌)
Before entering Tennozu, lean towards Chaos alignment. Alternative: be Neutral, then choose 'I'm glad you're okay' (你没事真好) at the throne.
Tiamat is resurrected, ending YHVH's reign. The world is reborn through chaos.

- ▸Save before entering Tennozu to access all 4 Creation endings in one playthrough.
- ▸For the True Ending, do NOT kill Khonsu in 'Investigate Egypt Branch' - his survival is required for 'Inheritance of Ra'.
- ▸The 'Safety' difficulty is unlocked after clearing the game - great for casual play.
- ▸On NG+, 'Creation Mode' (创生) is available - enemies scale to Lv150 with extreme difficulty.
- ▸To recruit Lucifer (Lv99) you need to play through the 'Creation' (创生) mode at least once.
